The construction scale of this project is an annual output of 30,000 tons of aluminum alloy profiles, including 18,000 tons of oxidized profiles, 12,000 tons of sprayed profiles, 50,000 square meters of plastic steel doors and windows, and 50,000 square meters of aluminum alloy doors and windows. with a full set of production lines for building materials and industrial materials,of which industrial materials are mostly anodic oxidation processes, which can meet the Production capacity of photovoltaic frames, photovoltaic brackets and other products.

 7 Existing extrusion production lines from 800T to 2200T:

from 800T to 2200T, the maximum profile width is 320mm, and the monthly production capacity is 2200 tons.

The aluminum rod heating furnace works in single-rod, and aluminum rods we used are all homogenized. Every extrusion production line is equipped with quenching and automatic double puller which can be used to produce architectural profiles and industrial profiles.

Both T5 and T6 treatments.

We also have 2 18-basket aging furnaces and 1 9-basket aging furnace, which can meet the aging needs of profiles up to 12 meters in length. 

Fully automatic horizontal coating production line:

Monthly production  capacity 800 tonshe maximum length of the workpiece is 7.2 meters, the width is 0.3 meters, and the height is 1.8 meters.

Fully automatic horizontal anodizing coloring production line:

Monthly production  capacity 1500 tons。 advanced production technology such as two-acid polishing, anodizing and electrolytic coloring,methods of various indoor and outdoor decorative profiles and industrial profiles.

 The product quality meets the requirements of Chinese standards, EU standards, and US standards.

Fully automatic horizontal anodizing coloring production line:

Adopts an advanced 4-meter deep processing tank. The longest profile can reach 7.5 meters, the maximum profile cross-section size is 200*200mm, the maximum profile weight is 50kg, the anodic oxide film thickness is between 10-25 μm. 

  can control the production line remotely from the central control room, to achieve optimal control of the production process.

 15 ton tilting aluminum casting production line:

3.5-inch, 5-inch, 6-inch, 7-inch and 8-inch casting plates. The length of the casted aluminum rod is 6.5 meters. And the annual production of the 15-ton homogenizing furnace is 15,000 tons.
