1、泰国海螺公司位于泰国罗勇工业园区，现有主厂房屋面40000平方米，初步规划建设3兆瓦的屋面分布式光伏电站，目前我公司生产线一个月的电能消耗为80万度，为保证光伏电站发电量消纳，光伏电站建设规模结合公司用电情况，采取分步建设方式，建设规模由投标方进行评估，首期建设不低于1MW规模，未开工建设容量，招标方有权在开工前无条件取消其建设资格。

2、泰国海螺厂区市电为115KV线路供电，现有变电站容量12500KVA，经变电站降压为10KV，输送至车间内的5个10KV/0.4KV变配电室，10KV中压柜已预留光伏柜，开关配置规格1250A，光伏电站项目采用10KV并网，电路系统按照光伏板→逆变器→汇流箱→变压器→10KV光伏柜配置（配置功率因数补偿电容）。

7、由于招标方生产中断或资产所有权转移等原因，投标方发电设施暂停运行或减少电力使用量，投标方可以通过与招标方协商的方式，更改电价优惠政策或者延长运行期等方式进行解决，如招标方资产所有权发生转移，招标方、投标方、资产所有权接收方三方进行协商解决，投标方需提供运行期内，发电设备每年现值清单。

三、投标申请人须具备的条件

四、投标申请人须注意事项

投标方在报价时应综合考虑市场波动以及一切不确定因素，合理投标报价，投标价格以“P：4.1025泰铢/KWh，OP/H:2.5849泰铢/KWh，FT（浮动电价）等”为基准价，给出相应优惠额度，优惠后的价格为不含税价，合同期内价格保持不变。
